• Lord Apeiron Oberon initiated the interventions of the day wishing everyone a great new year. He recalled the exciting changes that will be coming to the realm of PV in the coming months, starting with the introduction of Cambion and elevation of the two new Diabolic, Parthenia and Domino . External his thanks to Lord Cambion ValoBloodBane and his team for the work they are doing.
• Lady Cambion Kassie Bellemort announced; has the honor and pride to serve the community as a representative and liaison of the Spanish-speaking community in the Diabolic Conclave. In adherence to that a announced the following:
  • Lady яαƖмα Ƈυ'Sαιтн (IralmaC) will be called Grand Mistress Scribe and will oversee Guild Scribes.
  • The transfer of his responsibility to lead the Lasombra Clan to Lady Kylie Fang (Kylie Cortes).
  • The Bellemort House will be represented by Lord Gєямαи кιяαиσν вєℓℓємσят (Ger85).
• Lady Sweet Love made the following announcements:
  • The bloodline Raven's Claw and its leaders welcome the Clan APÓSTOLES DE MALEFICIUM, Lady Sovereign Wicked Lady B Trinity, houses and leaders.
  • She extended her congratulations for her new roles and the work they perform: Lord Cambion ValoOrmbloodbane, Lady Cambion Kassie and Lord Apeiron Oberon.

• Lady Cambion Kassie Bellemort announced: Due to a confusion in the schedule, the GCSC on February 3 was at an incorrect time and no scribes were present, she clarify that the GCSC is always at 12pm SLT. She also inform to the council that any questions, clarifications, requests and complaints about the scribe guild should be dealt with Lady Cambion ĸaт ғranιzzι (Katerina Kirax) and/or herself and if there is no Diabolics, Cambions or Scribes at a meeting, it will be not valid; She explain that it is important for the credibility of meetings. She also remind us that the only ones who can send announcements about council meetings in the PV groups are the scribes and also she announce that the Scribes Guild is accepting new members, any interested person need to contact her or Lady Cambion Kat.
• Notes asked from Lady Chair Autumn that during the last month meeting GCSC discussed and voted on the proposal of ratification and sent it to the Diabolics. And it been already discussed at the Diabolics Conclave.
• Lady Nell Fury, Blood Regent of Societas Draconistrarum on behalf of Lady Arch Resa Carthage, Societas Draconistrarum inform us that the Sovereign of the Clan Ordo Templi Umbratilis, Lord Hanzo Taurus, has chosen to renounce his loyalty to their Arch Vampire, the Clan is now considered renegade. Also Societas Draconistrarum takes no longer responsibility for the actions of the Clan Ordo Templi Umbratilis and its leadership.
• Lady Carrie Giovanni-Ravnos, Proxy of the Coven of Ravnos inform us that the houses known as Phoenix and Hordewar family have been removed from the clan Coven of Ravnos. Therefore the Coven of Ravnos holds no responsibility for their actions and they are no longer under the protection of the family of Ravnos.
• Lady Celeste Ironside, Ambassador for Clan Ordo Templi Umbratilis: inform us the formation of a new House in Clan Ordo Templi Umbratilis, House of The Dragon's Dagger lead by Lady Murbella Reven as Princeps and Lord Crucifix as her Delegate.
• Lady Chair Autumn inform Lady Celeste Ironside that as Renegade, the Clan Ordo Templi Umbratilis has no longer a seat or a voice at this meeting according to the rules regarding Renegade Clans.
  • Added to the minutes from Lady Chair Autumn notes: Lady Celeste Ironside replied that Clan Ordo Templi Umbratilis is still loyal to GSCS and still request a voice.

• Lady Kylie Fang announced on behalf of Lady Nimue of Avalon that Aylee Halstead of Avalon as the new Liaison of House Mageia Avalon
• Lord Michael Thomas announced the House of De La Noir led by Jasmine De La Noir is now considered "Rogue" and their actions do not represent or sanctified by Raven's Blood
• Lady Sweet Love announced that Lady Nightshade Love-Shamaya on her new role as Proxy in the Clan Rise of the Raven.
• Lady Autumn McAuley has now been Chair for the last 2 months and asks for someone to make a motion for another Chair or to ask her to take another 2 months.
  • Lady Sweet Love nominates herself, Seconded by Lady Murbella Reven, and carried in favor without any objection. She will be Chair for the months of May and June.

• Lady Cambion κλȘȘίε βєℓℓєʍσrṫ (rnielzen) announced that the Diabolic Team is evaluating the penalties applied to renegade clans by GCSC and the process to rejoin it.
• Lord Sovereign 亗 Мoгҏңєṳs Hαгєɮ 亗 (darkextremelittle) welcomed three new houses to his clan:

• Lord Ambassador Lance Preston Philbin-Carolina (lanceeastman), in representation of Lady Cheyne Venfina-Stormhaven (TaimaStorm Resident) Liason of the House Animabus Pereunt Tremere, will bring forward the discussion of the proposal of a motion for the registration of an avatar child at the school or daycare center to be included in Resolution GCSC 3- Protection Law. The further discussion was requested by Lady Diabolic Ɲєȿţίȿ B ℭąƦţɧąɠє Sełłeяš (nestis.ruby).
  • Lord Ambassador Lance Preston Philbin-Carolina (lanceeastman) was not present and there was nobody representing him so the motion will be carried on to the next meeting.
• Lord Sovereign BABU ℭąƦţɧąɠє Ɲเţчα (mrbabu.szpringer) presented the petition for his clan, Sangre Magnumus, to rejoin the GCSC.
• Lady Sovereign ᑭяιмму Ð'Åmσυя ŦR㊉UBLES Ɲเţчα (prim033110) presented the petition for her clan, Mors Nobis, to rejoin GCSC.
  • Some members of the Council talked in favor of the petitions to be approved.
  • There was no quorum to vote for the petitions to be approved or denied. It was determined that the Scribes Guild will be in charge of collecting the votes. The results will be seen in the next meeTING

• The room was called to order by the chair at 12:03 pm SLT
• Lady Diabolic Parthenia Church-Horngold (partheniachurch) talked about how the lack of respect she has seen in the community as of late is a development she finds quite disturbing. The latest manifestation of this was from a vampire who bit another in her presence, at a wedding. She announced that offending vampire, Fenrir Wolfe Trinity, had incurred her wrath and the punishment would be of having his lips sewn for the space of one month, and shall be banned from feeding on human or vampire during that space of time. She proceeded with the imparting of the punishment.
• Lord Ambassador Lance Preston Philbin-Carolina (lanceeastman), in representation of Lady Cheyne Venfina-Stormhaven (TaimaStorm Resident) Liason of the House Animabus Pereunt Tremere, will bring forward the discussion of the proposal of a motion for the registration of an avatar child at the school or daycare center to be included in Resolution GCSC 3- Protection Law. • Lady Sovereign ℳℯαđoω ℒღνe Çɑℓℓιđσrα (meadowluna) motioned to move the discussion to the next meeting due to the lack of a representing party but Lady Sovereign Ϯ Ɍσşё Ɗӑѓҟѓӑѷёɳ Ϯ (goddesssweet) motioned to have it removed from the agenda until it can be re presented at a later date. It was unanimously approved.
• Lord Sovereign Ɓąƅυ ℭąƦţɧąɠє Ɲเţчα (mrbabu.szpringer) presented the petition for his clan, Sangre Magnumus, to rejoin the GCSC in the previous meeting but there was no quorum to vote for the petition to be approved or denied. It was determined that the Scribes Guild would be in charge of collecting the votes. It was approved and he rejoined the GCSC.
• Lady Sovereign ᑭяιмму Ð'Åmσυя ŦR㊉UBLES Ɲเţчα (prim033110) presented the petition for her clan, Mors Nobis, to rejoin the GCSC in the previous meeting but there was no quorum to vote for the petition to be approved or denied. It was determined that the Scribes Guild would be in charge of collecting the votes. It was approved and she rejoined the GCSC.
• Lady Sovereign Lady Kץιiє Ŧaηg™ (Kylie Cortes) and Lady Sovereign ƜɪČkعժ Ʋєѕρєяαє Čhuяch Ťяιηιтŷ (wicked2712.bearsfoot) proposed to the event committee, having a silly event every other month. In order for the community to come together for some fun and a fund raiser to benefit Progeny, Our Source and our Community. Some example of possible activities would be dunk a Diabolic, Princeps kissing booth - or a bloody kissing booth or Outrageous Arches-Arches dress crazy and wear a tip jar .. whoever gets the most tips is the most adored etc. just silly events. The proposal was approved by most ayes with two abstain.

• Lady Cambion κλȘȘίε βєℓℓєʍσrṫ (rnielzen) announced that Lady Verðandi ςhurςh ɗεɭ Pöɳʈεʋεččɨö (verdandii) will be ascended from Journeyman Scribe to Master Scribe.
• Lady Sovereign ℳυɾƅєℓℓα ℛɛνɛŋ ﾑɛძﺜφσ (murbella88) announced the inclusion to her Clan Ordo Templi Umbratilis of the House of Rowan and it's Princeps Ḷṍẍẏ Ḷḕḁṅḁṅ-Ṥḭḋḧḕ (katrina.rioccan) welcoming the form of rp of Vampires, Fae, Lycan and many forms of shapeshifters.
