Filing a complaint / Answering an accusation

Any member of the Realm of Progeny may proceed to file a complaint against another member when they perceive their freedom and/or rights may have been compromised during an unsolicited incident.

--- To file a complaint, you may go to the -Progeny Castle and Grounds- land and take the elevator to the Arch Court and click on the Crystal to your right. It will open a link where you can fill in the details of the incident (parties involved, location, description of the incident, graphic evidence, scans, etc). Remember you can always request an Usher to guide you around the Castle. ---

By Diabolical interference, all cases proceed to enter the Progeny Legal System while no Diabolic Laws/Systems Laws were violated. Cases that infringe Diabolic Laws/System Laws will be dealt by the Diabolic Conclave.

The Progeny Legal System is a multilingual and well structured Institution which provides legal guidance for both parties involved (Prosecution and Defense) by assigning to each client the service of a Devil’s Advocate while protecting their best interest at all times.

--- If a Devil’s Advocate gets in touch with you to inform you that you’ve been accused of a crime, we highly recommend you to accept their legal guidance. ---

All accused members of the Realm are entitled to have legal representation which the Progeny Legal System provides.

An accused party will be considered to be a fugitive inside the Realm and a Kill on Sight (KOS) may be set upon their head during the process while avoiding presenting themselves before the Arch Judge. So, accepting legal guidance of a Devil’s Advocate is a good first step to navigate through the process of a case and perhaps to prove their innocence.
