|Geschichten haben viele Seiten und es gibt keine richtige oder falsche Art, sie zu erzählen. Im Laufe der Zeit verändern sie sich, werden umgestaltet und durcheinander gebracht. Vielleicht ist das der Grund, warum wir an diesem Punkt angelangt sind? Einst gehörte ich zu den großen Kriegern der Wikinger. Ich stand stolz neben meiner Adoptivmutter und meinem Adoptivvater. Wir waren stark, mutig und rücksichtslos, wenn es um die Bedrohung unserer Familie ging. Aber an einem schicksalhaften Tag änderten sich die Dinge. Die Geschichte nahm eine Wendung, oder vielleicht wurde sie von einer äußeren Macht beeinflusst? Die Gründe dafür muss ich erst noch herausfinden, jedenfalls stehe ich hier und würde es nicht anders haben wollen.

|Im Jahr 2015, dem Jahr unserer Quelle, verließ eine Gruppe, die als Sanguinis Imortalis bekannt war, ihre Legion auf dem einstmals heiligen Boden und formierte sich unter unserer Quelle als Clan namens Sanguine Eclipsis, gegründet von Lady Silania Pastorelli. Sanguine Eclipsis begann ursprünglich in der Ravenclaw Bloodline unter Arch Lledge Eames, doch als die Dinge nicht gut liefen, wechselten sie zu AdE unter Arch Raine Mapholisto. Als Arch Raine für den Moment ging und Lady Reesha den Thron bestieg, übergab Arch Reesha ihr Haus, Eternal Heart, an Lady Silania und erlaubte eine Zusammenführung mit dem Haus Sanguine Eclipsis. In guten wie in schlechten Zeiten hat das Haus Sanguine Eclipsis die Entscheidung, nach Aumentare di Eternita zu wechseln, nie bereut.

Es war eine ganz normale Jagd, nichts Besonderes, dachte ich zumindest, bis ich mitten im Wald auf einen Steinbogen stieß. Es gab keine Erklärung dafür, er stand einfach da, im Licht des Mondes gebadet, in einem kleinen Blumenfeld. Ich näherte mich dem Steinbogen und betrachtete ihn eingehend. Es waren seltsame Symbole darauf, die ich noch nie zuvor gesehen hatte. Möglicherweise war dies einmal ein großer Tempel? Allerdings gab es sonst nichts, was darauf hindeutete. Ich streckte meine Finger aus und strich über den Stein. Es war glatt, keine gezackten Rillen, nichts, was darauf hindeutete, dass er einmal Teil von etwas Großem gewesen war. Achselzuckend ging ich daran vorbei, ohne zu wissen, dass sich mein Leben verändern würde.
