• Vampires of the Realm,
• We, the assembled Sovereign Clans, of the Line of The Shadow of Blood do hereby give formal notice that we do, as one body, secede fully from membership of the Grand Council of Sovereign Clans.
• We do so NOT to take on the mantle of "Renegade", nor to exhibit any ill will, discord, nor malicious intent towards the membership of said Council, nor in any measure do so as an act intended to be inflammatory, or provocative towards any other group or body within the realm of Progeny.
• We do so, with support and knowledge of Diabolic Lucifer, in order that we may form, entirely independent from and without categorization or definition by the Grand Council of Sovereign Clans, a secondary societal structure within the realm of Progeny, subject with all respect to the Laws of the Diabolic Conclave, and taking the name of The Imperial Sovereign and Immortal Order of the Shadow of Blood, hereafter referred to as "The Order" or "The Shadow of Blood".
• We officially Withdraw from any claim of rights upon matters pertaining to the Grand Council of Sovereign Clans, it's voting procedures, matters of discourse, and the facilities of the Scribes, the ADR, and the Marshals, and of any such dialogues pertaining to such within the Arch Conclave such as may be contrary to the wishes of either body in regards the sharing of information with any non-member of the said GCSC. We implicitly state that we do not refuse to co-operate with any group, office, or role under the direction of the Diabolic Conclave in it's duties concerning any matter of Diabolic Law.
• We, our respective houses and membership, shall not engage in any dialogue pertaining to this decision, in order to avoid inappropriate drama. From this point onwards we shall converse, until their satisfaction, with the Arch and Diabolic Conclave, and shall re-engage with the wider society once all questions of those two Conclaves have been appropriately and maturely brought to the satisfactory conclusion of all parties and agreement made as to ensure a lack of drama moving forward with this new venture.
• We do these things in the full respect of the traditions by which we were established - and in the hope of best furthering our ideology as part of the expanding lore of Progeny.
