Third Great Sundering

On this day following the 3rd Great Sundering at the dawn of the 4th Age of Progeny, I Lachiel Vaher, The Source and Dark Father to all my progeny, do here by on this date of 7/13/2015 give my most solemn diabolic pledge, that I will not in the future destroy any Arch Vampire or Blood Regent, regardless of any slight, threat or insult rendered real or perceived, to myself personally, the system in general or any of the Greater Diabolic, without the full support and vote of the Diabolic Council.

I take this Oath and make these measures to insure that the fury of hell cannot be unleased without tempered reason having been given a chance to flourish in the midst of adversity, and by doing so lend and strengthen a sense of stability to the community.
