*The Harbingers of Blood is a consortium of clans and houses stemming from the Sangre Luna clan. Sangre Luna was founded nearly two hundred years ago. Always it has carried a basis of love, tolerance, honor, and respect both within our family and to those we come into contact with, be they other vampires or humans. Our family has always shown a sense of compassion to one another, loyalty and protection to our family members, and walk with integrity in our interactions. We are a family: together we are one. We will always stand to defend ourselves, our family, and our allies. We will strive for peace overall, however we will protect one another and those we care for at any cost. Touched with the mark of Cain, we are proud vampires and do not shroud our identity in a veil of secrecy.

*The Nations of Vampires assembled under the Harbingers of Blood have reached an accord, from this day forward, to withdraw from all proceedings and activities of the GCSC.
*We do so as a declaration of our own independence. This decision that has been deliberated among us for many months. Some of my siblings are well versed in my thoughts and have embraced their own successions. As an Elder of this realm, I have wandered this earth from the earliest of times. By my side, for many millennia have been our line’s Blood Regent Morrigan, and my eldest son, Morfius. As we have traveled widely, we have never seen a vampire society that has so thoroughly enveloped itself in human tradition.
*Over time, the policies and procedures the GCSC embraces, and its resulting court system, have diminished any semblance of this once great society. Instead, it has dwindled in vision and purpose only to fall victim to the development of human constructs.
*The GCSC no longer meets the needs of our Clans and Houses. As Arch and Blood Regent, Morrigan and I have long been outspoken dissenters of this court system. No longer do we wish to sit judgement of vampires who break petty human laws nor to subject them to nonsensical punishments that do not represent the vampires of this line, nor are becoming of kindred in general. What is right or wrong, moral or immoral will be presided over by our own council of Elders, guided by the laws of our Source.
*Our withdrawal from the GCSC in no way precludes the development of alliances, based on mutual negotiation of terms, with any Bloodline, Clan, or House, whether GCSC in their own following, independent, rogue, or other. We wish to embrace our vampiric nature with other like-minded kindred.
*To humans we will be predator. Only at the foot of our Typhon will we be obsequious servants.
