• Conflict is what happens when language fails. The wise choose their conflicts. The foolish have conflicts with everything and everyone. The ignorant convince themselves there is no conflict.
• Let it be known that on the 8th day in the month of September in the year 2018 of Our Source and Creator, the following clans of Ravens Claw bloodline declares war on the Clan known as Coven of Ravnos of Harbingers of Blood.
• The clans under Ravens Claw draw the line when it comes to the Coven of Ravnos. We will no longer take your verbal and physical ssaults. Nor shall we be intimidated or bullied any longer. Ravens will stand united. We are rising above and taking flight. Our unkindness will reign down upon those who cause harm to anyone in any clan within Raven's Claw Bloodline.
• The following are the Sovereign Clans under the Raven's Claw Bloodline saying, "enough is enough". We have united as one. We are willing to go to war to stop these atrocious acts that are being opposed on us and others. We shall defend our own and have no fear. Our ancient have risen from slumber. We ask at that time for Jessi Braveheart-Ravnos and all involved in this war to come together for peace talks. • The horizon at the spill of first light was overshadowed by grey skies heavy with the weight of coming storms. Gathering her gaze from the collection of Harbingers in attendance of the Elder Council, she moved toward her desk. The tattered, loosely rolled enigmatic declarative war scroll had passed through many hands on this night of deliberation. Those summoned here this evening now awaited the decree from the Arbiter of War. She pulled a fresh piece of parchment from the shelf as she made her way to her chair. A crow quill pen was drawn from the drawer. Her eyes meet her daughters as a fresh inkwell of Raven’s blood was placed upon her desk. She dipped the quill deeply into the well, the reservoir filling. Her eyes focused momentarily on the drop of blood that quivered curiously on the tip of her quill before casting it off with a tap against the side of the well. Her strokes deliberate as she scribed the ominous words of the Arbiter’s response…

Until such time that one and all negotiate with Sovereign of Ravnos, Jessi Braveheart Ravnos for an acceptable conclusion to this war decree, the united houses and clans under Harbingers of Blood will remain emboldened to our cause and relentless in our pursuit.
