• This writ serves as notice that, The Clan, formerly known as Dark Retribution, had never been renounced of being a renegade clan within Progeny from the time Dark Nymphea was First Arch of Progeny. This extends to the current clan, Noctis Sempiternum, born of the memories of old.

• The Bloodline, Formerly known as Dark Retribution, has since passed hands and is no longer as things were. Because of this, we are taking the clan back to Renegade status. Breaking ties with the Fathers bloodline without going outcast.

• In simple words, We, Noctis Sempiternum declare as a Sovereign Clan to renounce all allegiances with the bloodline now known as the Carolinians. We contend this be our Sovereign Right as a Clan.

• As we leave we extend a welcome to those who have confided in us pertaining to the disarray within the Bloodline. Unbind your shackles. *We will support you in your decisions.
