| History: | The name Kismyaz comes from the chosen name of long-time family of Princeps Reese Kismyaz-Blackburn. The name was chosen based upon the basis of brotherhood. The Kismyaz family started with two brothers that would stand together through anything. It was often said, "do not try to come between the Kismyaz brothers, you will lose." This was proven time and time again. The phonetic pronunciation (kiss my ass) would be the sentiment associated to anyone outside of the family. The two brothers stood together strong. The family grew, each additional family member would be held in the same esteem, and held to the same high standards put forward. None shall stand alone and if one has strife, we all have strife. The loyalty, honor, and care coincides with that of the Blackburn family Bloodline. | ||||||||

| History: | We are the people of transformation and rebirth. In Latin, Sanguis Tri Lunas means tri blood moons. Symbolically, the Blood Moon symbolizes the time of transformation and rebirth while the number three (tri) holds power in itself as a symbol of the unity between mind, body, and soul. In our house, we are firm believers in the quest towards completeness between who we are and who we wish to be. Within the house, individuals are encouraged to express themselves in ways that help along this journey openly. We encourage peace within oneself as well as in the house. We stand as a symbol of unity. Just as the moon goes through phases, we as vampires do as well. Age means little within our house, as the youngest among us may teach valuable lessons to those aged. Learning and education are stressed as there is always additional information that can be gained from studying, from listening. Through the support we offer to one another in the good times and the bad, we strengthen the bonds between us. We harbor no ill-will towards any as we understand each has their own views and beliefs thus ensuring that our bonds remain strong amongst one another.
